MAI & Genesis Office Addition

Three-Story Office Addition - Under Construction - Elmwood, WI

From June 2021 to October 2022, I was employed as an interior design intern through MAI Animal Health and Genesis. My responsibility was to design the interior of the company's three story office addition to their manufacturing plant in Elmwood, Wisconsin. I worked with a design team where I brought suggestions of materials and layouts. A key role I also played was putting their 2D construction plans into a 3D perspective. I've expanded my skills in Revit and have created beautiful renderings through Enscape. After several meetings with my team, I created a neutral color and material palette with modern finishes, as well as configured workstations to ensure efficient traffic flow and communications per job zones. I also assisted in giving design advice for cosmetic changes to the exterior of the building. The project is soon to be completed.
